1. How do I sign up to the new portal?

Visit https://weipaelectricity.riotinto.com/RTACSP/login/login and click the link to register.

2. How do I get login details for the new portal?

By visiting https://weipaelectricity.riotinto.com/RTACSP/login/login you can sign up and create login details as well as password to access the portal.

3. Can I register even without an invoice?

You need an invoice that is not older than 2017.

4. I don’t have an email address; how do I register to the new portal?

You need to create a valid email address to be able to register.

5. I have more than one property, can I view it just by single registration?

Yes, multiple properties are viewable. The portal will also indicate if the user status is active or inactive.

6. Can I check my historical usage?

You will be able to see usage as per the 3 most recent invoices. Please contact the electricity support team in email (weipa.electricity@riotinto.com) if you would like to view other historical invoices.

7. Are the payment terms and usage rates the same as before?

Yes, they are and we will notify you in the future through email or letter if there are any changes to this.

8. Can I pay all invoices at once?

You have the option to select a maximum of four (4) invoices and make full payments for the chosen invoices.

9. Can I opt to have an over or under payment on my account?

Yes

10. Can I pay remaining part of an invoice I previously paid partially?

Yes

11. Is there a support team available to help me through the portal?
